CitySightsNY Vouchers will be send to our guests by e-mail or if preferred, by U.S. Postal Service first class mail to the address given. If a combination of tickets and vouchers is ordered, the ticket and voucher package will be sent by U.S. Postal Service first class mail to the address given.
If you prefer to have your tickets sent to you by USPS Priority Mail, there will be an additional $5.00 fee.
If you prefer to have your tickets sent to you by USPS Express Mail, there will be an additional $15.00 fee.

Special Offers Terms and Conditions:

Except when it is indicated that it is acting as tour operator, A Friend in New York™ is acting solely as sales agent for the offers represented.
All discounts and pricing offered are exclusively the offer of A Friend in New York™ and are not necessarily the offer of the suppliers represented.
A Friend in New York™ may be providing offers at less than the recommended retail pricing of the supplier or venue.
Only a limited number of tickets may be available for each offer and any offer may be withdrawn when those tickets are claimed or purchased or at any time prior to the exhaustion of ticket or coupon availability.

Refund Policies for Special Offers:

Refunds will be issued only to the person who paid for the original purchase of an item or to the person’s company in the case of a company expense account purchase. If a credit card is used for the purchase of vouchers or tickets, the refund will be issued to the credit card account used.

For refundable tickets or vouchers, it is recommended that guests returning tickets send them by priority mail or certified mail with delivery receipt requested or by a courier service such as FedEx.

Go! Airlink Shuttle. Airport transportation by Go! Airlink Shuttle is provided by that company. A Friend in New York™ offers Go! Airlink Shuttle bookings as a convenience for its guests, who may elect to become Go! Airlink Shuttle customers, but A Friend in New York™ is not party to any agreement for transportation between Go! Airlink Shuttle and its customers. Refunds for transportation bookings made through the web portal to Go! Airlink Shuttle are made only by Go! Airlink Shuttle and not by A Friend in New York™. For Go! Airlink Shuttle cancellations, please refer to http://www.goairlinkshuttle.com/refund.php or contact Go! Airlink Shuttle at (212) 812-9000. You must first cancel your reservation to obtain a refund.

CityPass®. A Friend in New York™ will repurchase unused CityPass® booklets at the price paid to A Friend in New York™ for the booklet less a restocking fee of $15 per booklet. Only complete and completely unmarked CityPass® booklets in good condition will be accepted for refund. Only CityPass® booklets bearing serial numbers for booklets issued by A Friend in New York™ will be accepted for refund. A Friend in New York™ will refund unclaimed or unused CityPass® booklets which are received by A Friend in New York™ at 260 Seventh Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, within 45 days after purchase. No refund will be issued for any CityPass® booklet from which any coupon has been removed or partially removed or for booklets issued by other entities.

Vouchers issued for CitySightsNY tours are eligible for refund only through A Friend in New York™. A Friend in New York™ will refund unused vouchers which are received by A Friend in New York™ at 260 voucher less an administrative fee of $5 per voucher.

Metropolitan Museum of Art. Guest passes are available only to tour groups and may be refunded only by the issuing organization which is A Friend in New York™. A Friend in New York™ will refund unused guest passes which are received by A Friend in New York™ at 260 Seventh Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, within 45 days after purchase at the price paid to A Friend in New York™ for the guest admission pass less a restocking fee of $5 per pass. There is no expiration date to Metropolitan Museum of Art guest passes.
